This included tasks such as data cleansing and enrichment, inventory analysis, supporting the MRP process, performing physical stock verification, and identifying surplus materials. Additionally, we provided consultancy services to the local team, providing guidance on Materials Management tasks such as physical inventory verification, data capture and cleansing, and coding and cataloging for the SAP ERP system.

Movable Asset movement tracking and inventory within the plant and across the plant by deploying RFID technology to Gokuldas Exports Limited India. RFID system was implemented at Museums under Ministry of Culture, Government Of India to track the movements and inventory of all objects covering eight museum, with every item being tagged accordingly. In addition, we successfully executed RFID project in 23 government hospitals located in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. The purpose of this project was to prevent the abduction and swapping of newborn babies by utilizing RFID technology.

Central Government Organization UTI, set up a warehouse in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, to store all hard copies of Sales Application & Paid Instruments covering the entire country for decades. TechnoR was contracted to digitize the data stored over the last 30 years, and covered over 10 million plus records, covering 15 Indian banks. Enumeration of family ration cards for entire Tamil Nadu State covering 40 districts by converting hard copy data to soft online for the volume of approx. 10 million family cards. In this process eliminated bogus cards to the tune of 100 thousand plus Physical Customer Application Forms (CAFs) converted to digital CAFs for customer on boarding for mobile connections for AIRTELL and Vodofone. Telecall verification process was conducted to confirm customer details provided in the CAF, which involves a telecaller verifying the information provided by the customer over the phone. This helps prevent fraud and ensures accurate customer information.
